Why I started?
My name is Emma Avard and I am an experienced senior teacher with over 12 years of experience. I have a wealth of experience leading curriculum in schools at a whole school level that has supported and developed individual students with success. I look forward to supporting your child through their learning.
I began this journey in 2023. I was a stay at home mum to my daughter working one day a week as a relief teacher. It all started for me when a mum posted on the local page asking for help with a homeschooling plan for her kids. I supported her through the process and then began supporting more and more families and creating workbooks for families to use. I know how busy life can get and so I wanted to create something to help families with their homeschooling journey to make sure that it didn't get too overwhelming.
My daughter and I are homeschooling. We have started with a play based approach and are using the workbooks and digital resources I have created. I am excited to share our adventure with you. Make sure you follow me on social media where I have a FB Community Group documenting what we are doing together.
I do write plans for families and also am willing to answer any questions you may have about my resources as well as become part of your village (if you will have me).
Reach out if you have any questions.
