Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At At Home Education Support with Emma, we take great care in creating and preparing our homeschooling resources and workbooks. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Printed Workbooks and Physical Products

Due to the nature of our homeschooling workbooks and educational resources, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind purchases
• Incorrect selection of year level, term, or resource
• Orders placed in error
• Circumstances where the purchaser decides the resource is no longer required

Please carefully review product descriptions and contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about suitability.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing emmaavard@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once assessed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, all sales of digital resources, courses, downloadable booklets, and curriculum documents are final. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if the product does not meet personal preferences.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product is deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
