Thank you for supporting At Home Education Support with Emma. We are committed to preparing and dispatching your homeschooling resources as quickly as possible.
Processing Times
Physical Products
Orders for physical workbooks and resources are generally processed within 7-10 business days from the date payment is received.
During peak periods, including the start of school terms, sales events, and holiday periods, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are generally available immediately after payment confirmation. Access instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Methods
We currently ship within Australia using reputable postal and courier services, including Australia Post and other shipping providers where appropriate.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location.
Typical Australian delivery estimates are:

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

Refunds will not be provided for orders lost due to incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your parcel appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at emmaavard@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Photographs of any damaged items and packaging (if applicable).
We will work with you and the shipping provider to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Authority to Leave
All ordes will be posted with Authority to Leave unless you otherwise request for it to be signed for upon delivery and you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been recorded by the shipping provider.
